LinkedIn And Bullhorn Boost Recruiter Productivity

At the risk of stating the obvious, executive search and staffing recruiters have a lot on their plates. So a major key to success is being as efficient as possible. That’s why I’m excited to share that we’ve teamed up with Bullhorn to help make executive search and staffing recruiters even more efficient, and as a result, more productive.

How so? We’ve integrated LinkedIn Recruiter and the Bullhorn ATS/CRM so you don’t have to switch back and forth between recruiting tools, saving you valuable time.

Now when you’re in Recruiter you’ll be able to see whether or not the profile you’re viewing has a contact record in Bullhorn. If they do, you’ll see an “In Bullhorn” badge. From there, you can simply click on the badge to view the contact record. Plus, you’ll also be able to view candidates’ or clients’ LinkedIn records from within the Bullhorn ATS/CRM.

The best part: It’s available, and free, to all recruiters who have three or more LinkedIn Recruiter Corporate or Professional Services seats and the Bullhorn ATS/CRM Corporate or Enterprise editions. And there’s more to come. We’re also planning future integrations – like adding bulk listings and being able to view InMails and Notes on a candidates’ or clients’ Bullhorn record from LinkedIn Recruiter.
