		<description><![CDATA[As a corporate recruiter I plan to advertise this new easier way of sharing to my company&#039;s employees in order to attract more passive candidates.  Has anyone figured out a way to track an applicant back to the &#039;sharer&#039; so I can have some evidence on which to base paying out an employee referral bonus?

I&#039;d like to reward employees for sharing.  But not sure about the logistics.]]></description>
