It is really interesting to see how LI made efforts to &quot;link&quot; candidates and recruiters, on a strict and coherent basis. Both parts are saving time and thus focusing on what matters. It goes with what I think about some endless discussions meant at &quot;introducing yourself&quot; or job boards where obviously a moderator is needed, let alone improving the quality of content provided.
