Update: This issue has been resolved. This bug was fixed as of 6:00 PM PST.

At approximately 6:00 am PST, we identified a bug impacting some Recruiter users during step 3 of the job posting process. Users may see a “service is unavailable” error message when attempting to complete the job posting process.

A critical ticket has been filed with our engineering team and they are aggressively researching the root cause.

An ETA on a fix will be communicated once known. We will update this post with all new information.
